Shell Beach

Someone was setting up photography equipment.  The photographer was nice enough to snap several pictures….  “EEK water.  My pants  …” of my friends and me… Smile, smile, smile.  (Why didn’t I roll up my pants?  I have a bathing suit on and…)  smile, smile smile.

Shell Beach is hand-made for weddings.  It would not be my first choice simply on the basis of hair and veils and what the wind would do to them, and sand in my shoes and on the bottom of my dress.  No, no no.  But beautiful place to be and hang out?  Absitively!

Two days and just hours was not nearly long enough.  We didn’t even have time to get tired of each other.

The beach isn’t huge, but there is a place to sit and enjoy the spectacular beauty.  And if you like birds, there are plenty of them.  The birds you see on the rock that look like bushes are probably watching some kayakers paddle by in the calm ocean.

Getting to the beach is quite a climb.

When you are climbing it seems like it never ends!

Whether up or down, the view is always there ready for your viewing enjoyment.

Just don’t get too close to the edge.
